Abstract
Describes recent results from experiments on tobacco seedlings over-expressing a zeatin-O-glucoside-specific maize beta-glucosidase. The plants are hypersensitive to exogenous zeatin and are unable to accumulate zeatin-O-glucoside.

Poslední výsledky experimentů s transgenními klíčními rostlinami tabáku, které exprimují kukuřičnou beta-glukosidázu, specifickou pro zeatin-O-glukosid. Rostliny jsou citlivější než kontroly vůči exogennímu zeatinu, a nejsou schopny akumulovat zeatin-O-glukosid.
