From the knowledge of the identity of amino acid residues modifiable during post-translation process, PMD and its changes during time of particular amino acid residue can be determined. Such a quantification can be achieved by means of easy stable isotope modification (via 18O-labelling by trypsination) and consequential MALDI TOF MS analysis. ER -
