N2 - The article presents the results of the empirical study, the aim of which was to identify the typical contents of strategic aspects of organizational cultures in Czech manufacturing companies. The research was carried out on the sample of 74 Czech manufacturing companies, the respondents were the representatives of top, middle-level and low-level management. Organizational culture was analysed on the level of selected aspects of perceiving and behaviour present in the companies.
