Abstract

The main theme of the workshop are psychological aspects of the Internet use, personality in cyberspace, virtual dating etc. In the workshop were presented following papers: Personality in Cyberspace: Analysing the Usage of Personal Websites (Astrid Schütz, Bernd Marcus, Franz Machilek, Karl-Heinz Renner), My Avatar, My Self: Virtual Harm and Attachment (Jessica Wolfendale), Virtual atractivity and partner selection on the Internet (David Šmahel, Martina Veselá), Partnerské vztahy v internetovém prostředí: vznik, vývoj a zánik (Tomáš Hudeček, Martin Vaculík), Textová analýza chatů v rámci psychoterapeutického vzdělávání (Micha-ela Dvořáková, Zbyněk Vybíral), Copycat-efekt a jeho implikácie v súčasných audiovizuálnych médiách: TV a internete (Branislav Ondrášik), More about the specifics of cybersexual interaction (Radana Divínová).
