Abstract
The oxygen nonstochiometry and the related lattice defects in ceria doped with the high concentration (13-26mol%) of yttria by the directional crystallization (skull technique) have been investigated. The results obtained using thermoanalysis, electrical conductivity and microhardness are described and discussed.

V práci jsou uvedeny výsledky měření nestechiometrických mřížkových poruch v ceriu, dopovaném vysokou koncentrací yttria, vyrobeného metodou přímé krystalizace (skull technique). Výsledky, získané pomocí tepelné analýzy, měření elektrické vodivosti a mikrotvrdosti jsou v práci diskutovány.
