In the study, bacterial DNA of the Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus genera was isolated from complex dairy products(butter milk, cheese, yoghurt, probiotic tablets) or from cell lyophilisates by magnetic and/or nonmagnetic carriers containing carboxyl groups on the surface. The presence of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus DNA in samples was identified by PCR amplification. Adsorption of bacterial DNA isolated from the above mentioned bacteria on thermosensitive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide, NIPAM) based microspheres was also studied at different temperatures.

V práci byla izolována bakteriální DNA rodů Bifidobacterium a Lactobacillus z komplexních vorků mléčných produktů (podmáslí, sýr, jogurt, probiotické tablety)a lyofilizátů buněk pomocí magnetických a nemagnetických nosičů pokrytých na povrchu karboxylovými skupinami. DNA izolované z buněk bakterií rodu Bifidobacterium a Lactobacillus byla identifikována pomocí PCR. Rovněž byla při různých teplotách studována adsorpce DNA, izolovaná z uvedených buněk, na termosenzitivní částice poly(N-isopropylamidu, NIPAM).
