Abstract
The results showed: a) significant stimulatory influence of MDMA after the acute administration, b) development of significant sensitization after MDMA repeated treatment, c) expression of sensitization after MDMA challenge dose given after 6 days of washout from the repeated MDMA treatment.

Výsledky ukázaly: a) signifikantní stimulační vliv MDMA po akutní aplikaci, b) rozvoj senzitizace po opakovaném podávání MDMA, c) expresi senzitizace po provokující dávce MDMA podané po šesti dnech vysazení (wash-out).
