Abstract
In aggressive mice in both groups, vehicle and MDMA pre-treated animals, the drug caused highly significant inhibition of all aggressive activities with the significant increase of defensive-escape behaviour and ambivalent of walking. However, there were no significant differences between group sensitized with vehicle and the other one sensitized with MDMA.
Abstract (in Czech)
V obou skupinách agresivních myší, premedikovaných MDMA nebo vehikulem, vyvolala látka vysoce signifikantní inhibici všech agresivních aktivit se signifikantním snížením útěkově-obraného chování a rozporné výsledky v parametru chůze. Nebyly, nicméně, signifikantní rozdíly mezi skupinou senzitizovanou vehikulem a skupinou senzitivanou MDMA.
