Abstract
Photoinhibition and the rate of recovery was studied by chlorophyll (Chl) fluorescence parameters, their time courses during and after different high light treatments: (1) long-term continuous light stress, (2)short-term repetitive light stress (3) short-term stress with recovery in dark. Conversion of xanthophyll cycle pigments was measured on samples taken at different stages of high light stress. The data showed that continuous and short-term repetitive high light stress lead to different level of sustained photoinhibition in Lasallia pustulata, a foliose lichen species.
Abstract (in Czech)
Pomocí parametrů indukované fluorescence chlorofylu in vivo byly sledovány fotoinhibice a rychlost návratu z ní během 3 různých ovlivnění vysokou ozářeností: (1) dlouhodobý continuální radiační stres, (2) krátkodobý opakovaný radiační stres, 3) krátkodobý stres s relaxací ve tmě.
