Abstract

The contribution is based on a research in counsellors education and training in the Czech Republic. The first stage of the research was based on surveying existing offers. This was done in three ways: via a survey of public sources (e.g. the Internet, the press), questionnaires, interviews. We analysed educational offers from the point of view of contents, the structure of the team of lecturers, methods and forms of teaching in the second stage of the research. Tasks and challenges within the education of counsellors are derived from the characteristics of specific educational offers and, at the same time, put into a broader context of the developments of counselling in the Czech Republic. The conclusions are to be understood as recommendations, which try to contribute to the enhancement of counsellors preparation in the field of career counselling.

Abstract (in Czech)

Příspěvek vychází z výzkumného šetření na téma vzdělávání poradců v ČR. První fáze projektu byla založena na dotazníkovém šetření existujících vzdělávacích nabídek. Ve druhé fázi výzkumu jsme analyzovali vzdělávací nabídky z hlediska obsahu, složení lektorského týmu, metod a forem výuky. Úkoly a výzvy v oblasti vzdělávání výchovných poradců jsou vyvozovány nejen z charakteristik konkrétních vzdělávacích nabídek, ale jsou zasazeny i do širšího kontextu a specifik rozvoje poradenství v ČR. Závěry lze vnímat jako doporučení, která se snaží přispět ke zkvalitnění přípravy poradců v oblasti kariérového poradenství.
