Abstract
This throughout literatur review summarizes actual existing information on the interactions of environmental xenobiotics with nuclear receptors. It includes characterization of the receptors and their involvement in the mechanisms of action, interactions with xenobiotics and in vitro assessment.
Abstract (in Czech)
Ttoto detailní review shrnuje aktuální stav znalostí v oblasti interakce environmentálních xenobiotik s jadernými receptory. Zahrnuje charakterizaci vybraných významných receptorů, jejich úlohu v mechanismu účinku, interakce s xenobiotiky a hodnocení těchto interakcí in vitro.
