Abstract
Cílem naší práce bylo 1)stanovit detailně psychopatolotii před a po léčbě, 2)definovat respondéry a remitéry 3)srovnat respondéry a nonrespondéry.Při propuštění 76/104 (73%) bylo respondérů a spňovalo kritéria remise. U responderů i nonresponderů došlo k signifikantnímu poklesu pozitivní symptomatologie, negativní symptomatologie byla signifikantně ovlivněna pouze u responderů.
Abstract (in English)
The purpose of the study was 1)to asses in details the psychopatology before and after the acute antipsychotic treatment, 2)to define responders and remitters 3)to compare responders and nonresponders. At discharge 76/104 (73%) were responders and fulfilled criteria for remission. In both responders and nonresopnders a signifcant decrease fo positive symptoms was observed, negative symptoms were significantly improved only in responders.
