Abstract

The contribution shows the impact of evolutionary changes of telomeres on telomere chromatin structure at the level of nuclosome periodicity and nucleoprotein complexes of the G-strand.

Příspěvek ukazuje, jak evoluční změny telomerové sekvence ovlivnily strukturu chromatinu telomer na úrovni periodicity nukleozómů a nukleoproteinových komplexů G-bohatého vlákna.
