Abstract
Ve svém příspěvku se v rámci svého úkolu ve specifickém výzkumu KPH zabývám vztahy mezi podnikem a jeho zaměstnanci a jejich přínosem k dosažení úspěšnosti a konkurenční výhody. Poukazuji na důležitost lidského faktoru, který se postupně stal nejcennějším a nepostradatelným zdrojem podniku. Cílem tohoto příspěvku je podat ucelený pohled na tuto problematiku.
Abstract (in English)
In this article I go into the relationship between the company and its employees and the contribution of this relationship to achieve the fruitfulness and competitive advantage. I point out the importance of the human factor, which became the most valuable and essential source of the company. The objectif of this article is to give the survey to this issue.
