Abstract
The aim of this work was to evaluate the effect of intact and photomodified form of fluoranthene (FLT, phFLT; 0.1, 1 and 5 mg/L) on primary processes of photosynthesis in lichens. Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (F0, FV/FM and PhiII) were determined after 24, 48 and 72 hours of exposure. Results demonstrated that FLT and especially phFLT in concentration of 1 and 5 mg/L affected negatively the primary photochemical processes of photosynthesis in algae in both selected lichen species.
Abstract (in Czech)
Cílem práce bylo vyhodnotit účinek intaktní a fotomodifikované formy fluoranthenu (FLT, phFLT; 0.1, 1 a 5 mg/L) na primární procesy fotosyntézy u lišejníků. Parametry indukované fluorescence chlorofylu (F0, FV/FM a PhiII) byly stanoveny po 24, 48 a 72 hodinách expozice. Výsledky dokládají, že FLT a zejména phFLT v koncentraci 1 a 5 mg/L negativně ovlivnil primární fotochemické procesy v řasách obou zvolených druhů lišejníků.
