V originále

Je podán stručný přehled sociálních determinant zdraví a výčet možností, jak je příznivě ovlivnit. Sociální determinanty zdraví jsou do značné míry historicky a kulturně podmíněny. Jako příklad je uveden vývoj hodnotového přístupu k obezitě, kouření a opalování na slunci v návaznosti na sociální stratifikaci společnosti a její hospodářský vývoj.

A brief overview of social determinants of health and specification of possibilities how to influence them is presented. Social determinants of health are considerably influenced from the historical and cultural point of view. A development of a value access to obesity, smoking and sun-burning is discussed in relation with a social stratification of society and its economy development.
