Abstract
The objective of our study was to investigate the mechanical properties of amorphous and nanocrystalline silicon thin layer deposited on flexible sustrates by means of depth sensing intendation method.

DSI technika je jedna z nejvhodnějších metod pro sledování mechanických vlastností tenkých vrstev. Byla použita pro studioum tenkých vrstev amorfního a nanokrystalického křemíku deponovaného na flexibilních substrátech.
