Abstract
Genetická analýza ukazuje signifikantní rozdíl v tinnitus skóre u CA repetitivní sekvence GABRbeta3 podjednotky GABA-A repceptoru (p=0,07) a rozdíl v elektrofyziologických odpovdích u polymorfismu GRIN2a PST (p=0,007). Všechny testované polymorfismy byly konzistentní s Hardy-Weinbergovým ekvilibriem.
Abstract (in English)
Prospective study of 105 patients demonstrate the associations between tinnitus manifestation (multiple data acquired by the tinnitus questionnaire) emotional lability, and Taq I polymorphism of the DRD-2, three single nucleotide polymorphism in GRIN2A subunit of the NMDA receptor and CA repeat in GABRB3 subunit of the GABA-A receptor and changes of amplitude in BAEP and MLR response waveforms which can signalize the desinhibition of the central auditory pathways. The statistically significant correlation between the tinnitus score and the V/III amplitude ratios at intensities 90-110 dB (p=0,001) The amplitude of Pa wave of MLR response correlates significantly with tinnitus score as well (p=0.001).The genetic analysis shows the difference of the tinnitus score according to genotypes of polymorphism CA repeat of GABRbeta3 subunit of GABA-A receptor (p=0,025), we have also found a difference of electrophysiological data according to the genotype in the polymorphism of GRIN2b PST (p=0,007). All tested polymorphisms have been verified to be consistent with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.
