Abstract
Sborník je výsledkem jednání vědecké konference (15. června 2005), jíž se zúčastnili zástupci vládních, soudních, akademických a nevládních kruhů. Sborník je tématicky zaměřen k pronásledování v kontextu Ženevské úmluvy o právním postavení uprchlíků z roku 1951 a směrnice Rady EU 2004/83/EC. Právní pojem je chápán a uchopen v evolutivním smyslu na pozadí rozhodování českých i zahraničních orgánů.

Abstract

Sborník je výsledkem jednání vědecké konference (15. června 2005), jíž se zúčastnili zástupci vládních, soudních, akademických a nevládních kruhů. Sborník je tématicky zaměřen k pronásledování v kontextu Ženevské úmluvy o právním postavení uprchlíků z roku 1951 a směrnice Rady EU 2004/83/EC. Právní pojem je chápán a uchopen v evolutivním smyslu na pozadí rozhodování českých i zahraničních orgánů.

Abstract (in English)
The Conference on the persecution as a common legal concept resulted in editing the collection was held on 15 June 2005. The Conference was organised by the International and European Law Department of the faculty of Law of Masaryk University within the Faculty scientific intention. The collection mirrors different aspects of persecution within international and national refugee law. The collection covers the following issues: the common concept of "persecution", victims of persecution, non-state agents of persecution, evidences of persecution, discrimination and persecution, sex and gender violence, criminal prosecution and discrimination,terrorism and asylum.
