Abstract
Paraneoplastické syndromy centrálního nervového systému jsou relativně novou klinickou neurologickou jednotkou. Autor prezentuje současný pohled na jejich etiologii , patogenezu , laboratorní a klinickou diagnostiku a současné možnosti léčby .

Paraneoplastic autoimmune syndromes of the central nervous system represents a relatively new clinical neurological entity. The author presents the current perspective of their etiology , pathogenesis , laboratory and clinical diagnosis and therapeutic options.
