Studie se zabývá otázkou, zda je naše doba zralá pro kodifikaci volebního práva. V této souvislosti se zabývá historií kodifikací, pojmem kodexu z pohledu teorie legislativy. Význam a historie volebního inženýrství pro pípravu volebního kodexu. Složky volebního inženýrství analýza volebních výsledk v asové ad, zjištní vazeb a závislostí mezi volebními výsledky a právní úpravou, volební modelování (nastavení volebního zákona), legislativní zámr, zákonodárná iniciativa, aplikace volebního zákona a vyhodnocení výsledk. Study deals with the question, whether is our time mature for an election law codification. In this respect author examines the history of big codifications, notion of codex from the theory of legislations point of view. The significance and history of the electoral engineering for preparation of the electoral code. In authors opinion the components of the electoral engineering are the following: analysis elections results in a time row; detection of the bonds and dependencies among election results and legal regulation; electoral modeling (adjusting the election law); legislative intent; legislative initiative; application of the proposed electoral law and evaluation results. Critique insufficient valid election codex in CR.
