Abstract

Das Lehrbuch verfolgt zwei Ziele: Erstens, es will eine kurze Einführung in Grundelemente des Rechtsdenkens hauptsächlich für Jura-Studierende sein. Zweitens, es versteht sich als eine Grundlage für Fragen, die in Seminaren erörtert werden sollen, aber auch im Selbststudium beantwortet werden können. Jedes Kapitel is nach diesen zwei Zielen strukturiert. Das Lehrbuch eignet sich als Unterrichtsmittel im Zusammenhang mit der Einführung in die Rechtstheorie und Rechtsphilosophie. Das lehrbuch beschreibt thesenartig und anschaulich wesentliche Elemente des Rechtsdenkens.

Abstract (in Czech)

Učebnice je věnováná základním otázkám právního myšlení. Jejím cílem je naučit studenty kritickému myšlení, tzn. schopnosti porozumět významu právního textu a jeho interpretace. Učebnice je rozdělená do deseti kapitol a každá z nich je doplněná praktickými úkoly. K základním tématům patří otázky tvorby a interpretace významu právních pojmů, otázky používání právního jazyka a metody právní interpretace.

Abstract (in English)

This textbook is the introduction in the modern legal thinking. The textbook deals with the analysis of the basic problems of the critical legal thinking, legal language, legal interpretation.
