Abstract
Opakované podávání metamfetaminu nebo extáze vedlo k senzitizaci k antiagresivním účinkům metamfetaminu. Opakovaná premedikace agonistou CB1 receptoru vedla ke zkřížené senzitizaci k účinkům provokující dávky metamfetaminu a naopak opakovaná aplikace antagonisty CB1 receptoru s metamfetaminem vznik sensitizace potlačila.
Abstract (in English)
Repeated administration of methamphetamine or ecstasy led to sensitization to antiaggressive methamphetamine effects. Repeated pre-treatment with CB1 receptor agonist induced cross-sensitization to methamphetamine challenge dose and in contrary repeated application of CB1 receptor antagonist with methamphetamine suppressed the sensitization phenomenon.
