Přestože již v některých operačních programech objem schválených dotací téměř dosahuje alokace za období 2004-2006 , stále se vyskytují některé dotační tituly, kde výši alokace nepokrývá dokonce ani zájem žadatelů, natož schválené projekty. I s ohledem na pravidlo n+2, a tedy nutnost vyčerpat prostředky z alokace na rok 2004 do konce roku 2006, je nutné urychlit administrativní procesy zejména ve fázi uzavírání smluv a skutečného čerpání peněz.

Despite the fact that in some of the operational programmes the extent af approved grants almost reached the allocation for the period 2004-2006, there ae still some measures where this allocation is not yet covered with the financial requests of applications. In view of the fulfilment of tne "N+2" rule and thus the necessity of depletion of the 2004 allocation till the end of the year 2006. It is necessary to accelerate the administrative processes particularly in the stage of contracting and factual depletion of allocation.
