Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vymezením a definicí interaktivních map. Rovněž zkoumá změnu paradigmatu v kartografii. Analyzuje datové zdroje a podmínky pro využití v interaktivních mapách. Těžiště celé práce je v koncepci, obsahu a náplni interaktivních map, stejně jako v praktických příkladech z oblasti mikroregionu Letovice. Na základě zkušeností s vlastní tvorbou je snaha o vyslovení obecných pravidel pro tvorbu interaktivních map. Závěr práce je věnován možnému využití interaktivních map na různých úrovních řízení a správy (nejen) v České republice. Pro lepší porozumění dané tématice je zařazen i slovník pojmů. Jednou z příloh je CD-R, kde naleznete ukázky vytvořených interaktivních map, metadata a nápovědu.

Abstract (in English)

This diploma work inquires into the defining and definitions of interactive maps. It also investigates the change of paradigm in cartography. It analyses the sources of data and the conditions for their use in interactive maps. The work focuses on the concept and content of interactive maps, with practical examples from the micro-region of Letovice. I attempt to state general rules for interactive maps, based on my own practices. The end of this work is concerns the possible use of interactive maps for different levels of management and control in the Czech Republic. There is a list of terms for better understanding. One of the appendixes is a CD-R containing interactive maps, metadata and help.
