Abstract
For the first time selenium superoxide SeO4 in the form anion SeO4- was detected by means LDI-TOF-MS. Ab initio calculation were performed to support the mass spectrometric evidence and peroxidic structure of the described compound also.

Prostřednictvím LDI byl fotolýzou SeO3 poprvé připraven superoxid selenu SeO4, jako SeO4-. Jeho existence byla potvrzena TOF-MS, stabilita a nejravděpodobnější peroxidická struktura podpořeny ab initio výpočty.
