Abstract
Studována byla plazmová polymerizace (NPF2)3 v kapacitně vázaném plazmatu. Deponované vrstvy polymeru byly analyzovány pomocí LDI-TOF MS. Pozorovány byly dvě řady oligomerů od NPF2 - monomer až po (NPF2)26 v protonizované anebo hydratované formě.
Abstract (in English)
Reaction of (NPF2)3 in capacitively coupled plasma was studied. The polymer layers was studied by means LDI-TOF MS and two groups of fluorophosphazene oligomers were detected in protonised or hydrated form.
