Abstract

V příspěvku se snažíme kvantifikovat veškeré náklady spojené s provozováním železniční dopravy v ČR. Na začátek se věnujeme přímým nákladům železničního dopravy v účetnictví Českých drah. Dále pokračuje v analýze skrytých nákladů v účetnictví Správy železniční dopravní cesty, Státního fondu dopravní infrastruktury a přímo ve státním rozpočtu. Rozdělujeme dotace do železniční dopravy v ČR na přímé a nepřímé. Na závěr vyhodnotíme celkovou dotační sumu a navrhujeme doporučení pro hospodářskou politiku v železniční dopravě.

Abstract (in English)

We are trying to quantify all relevant costs connected with the railways operation in the Czech Republic. We start with the direct costs of railway operation present in the accounting of the rail operator Cźech Rails. Then we continue the analyses with the more hidden costs of railways present in the accounting of rail track operator, State Fund of Transport Infrastructure and directly in the state budget. We sort subsidies into two parts: direct and indirect railway's subsidies in the Czech Republic. We are trying to evaluate the total costs of railway transport for public budgets and formulate recommodation for public policy in the railway sector.
