Abstract
A great variability and differences was observed in investigated characteristics among the strains grown under various growth conditions (light and temperature). Our surmise that the zooid forming strains may be similar, from the point of view of studied characters, was not validated. Zooid forming strains were the least similar each other.

Pozorovali jsem velkou variabilitu a rozdíly ve studovaných znacích mezi jednotlivými kmeny rostoucích za různých růstových podmínek. Předpoklad, že zooidy tvořící kmeny budou navzájem podobné z hlediska studovaných znaků, nebyl potvrzen.
