Collecting of tick and mosquitoe adults and larvae and finding spirochete positive smaples by DFM method. Identification of spirochetes from these samples by combination of PCR, PCR-RFLP and DNA sequenation. One sample was identified as Borrelia valaisana.

Sběr larev a dospělců klíšťat a komárů a zjišťování přítomnosti spirochet pomocí metody DFM. Identifikace pozitivních vzorků kombinací metod PCR, PCR-RFLP a sekvenace DNA. Jeden vzorek byl identifikován jako Borrelia valaisiana.
