Abstract

The study addresses the question of one of the forms of family co-existence in the postmodern world - families consisting of same sex parenting couple and their children. The presentation is focused on arguments, generally shared premises and myths which both support and deny the institution of family. Special attention is paid to a position of the alternative model of gay and lesbian families related to family discourse. The presentation is based on a critical analysis of actual concepts of gay and lesbian families but primarily on own, currently running qualitative research project.

Abstract (in Czech)

Studie se zabývá jednou z podob postmoderního uspořádání rodiny - rodinami tvořenými stejnopohlavním rodičovským párem a jeho dětmi. Příspěvek se zaměřuje na to, jaké argumenty, sdílené předpoklady a mýty instituci rodiny po(d)pírají. Zejména pak na to, jaké místo má v diskurzu o rodině alternativní model lesbických a gay rodin. Autorka vychází nejen z kritické analýzy dosavadních konceptualizací homosexuálních rodin, ale hlavně z původního kvalitativního výzkumu.
