Abstract
Imunizace myší BALB/c třemi různými kmeny Borrelia afzelii získanými z klíštěte Ixodes ricinus, komára Culex (Culex) pipiens molestus a myšice Apodemus flavicollis. Detekce protilátek metodou ELISA a proteinů zodpovědných za tvorbu protilátek metodou immunoblotting. Hladina vytvořených protilátek byla u všech 3 skupin stejná obdobná. Proteiny zodpovědné za tvorbu protilátek se lišily u každé skupiny (kmenu). Nejvýznamnější odpověď proti OspA a OspC. V ranné fázi převažovala tvorba IgM proti OspC. Tvorbu IgG proti v pozdní fázi vyvolal OspA.
Abstract (in English)
Immunization of BALB/c mice with three different stems of Borrelia afzelii obtained from Ixodes ricinus tick, Culef (Culex) pipiens molestus mosquitoe and Apodemus flavicollis mouse. Detection of antibodies using ELISA method and proteins responsible for the production of antibodies by imunoblotting. The level of produced antibodies was similar in all 3 groups. The immunogenic proteins varied among groups (stems). The most significant reaction was found against OspA and OspC. Production of IgM antibodies against OspC prevailed in the early phase. OspA induced production of IgG in the late phase of immunization.
