Abstract
In this study we investigated how changes in ECS volume and geometry in the rat somatosensory cortex during and after transient hypoxia/ischemia correlate with extracellular concentrations of energy-related metabolites and glutamate.
Abstract (in Czech)
V této studii jsme sledovali změny parametrů extracelulárního prostoru (objemové frakce a tortuosity) navozené kombinovanou hypoxií-ischémií v somatosenzorické kůře mozku potkanů.
