Abstract
The description of computer method used for detection of histone particle in the small vicinity of chromosome X. The input data were 3D images of histones with nuclei and chromosomes with nuclei. Acquired on confocal optical microscope. The method was evaluated on real data. Compared to human expert, it gave the same result on 91% of 139 test cases.

Popisuje počítačovou metodu použitou pro detekci histonových teček v blízkém okolí chromosomů X. Vstupní data byly 3D obrázky histonů s jádrem a chromosomů s jádrem. Pořízeno na konfokálním optickém mikroskopu. Metoda byla testována na reálných datech a dala v porovnání s lidským expertem stejný výsledek v 91% ze 139 testovaných případů.
