Abstract |
---|
The methods of image registration play a crucial role in the algorithms of computational neuroanatomy. Here, a nonlinear registration method able to handle multimodal image data is designed and used for deformation based morphometry (DBM). Results of its application on real 3D medical images in the research of schizophrenia are presented. |
