Abstract
fMRI is a neuroimaging method used in brain mapping and neurosciences.The human brain is scanned repeatedly while an experimental brain stimulations is performed. A modulation of amplitude (along the time dimension) in specific region of interest is caused by experimentally induced neurophysiological processes, noise and artifacts. The aim of this work is to simulate this process.

fMRI je neurozobrazovací metoda používaná v apování mozku a neurovědách. Mozek je opakovaně snímán, zatímco je prováděna experimentální stimulace. Modulace amplitudy (v čase) v určité oblasti zájmu je způsobena experimentálně vyvolanými neufyziologickými procesy, šumem a artefakty. Cílem práce je simulace tohoto procesu.
