Abstract

This paper describes methods and forms of improving electronic education of clinical and biomedical sciences at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University. The paper is organized as follows: Section I introduces specifics of teaching clinical and biomedical sciences and consequential request for a penetration of information and communication technologies (ICT) into the education. Section II describes ICT tools utilized in the education, particularly a web portal of Faculty of Medicine MU, which serves as a publication platform for electronic didactic works, and its interfacing to the Learn management System (LMS) integrated into the information system MU. The paper is concluded in the section III with an example of on-line tutorial outputs from the data collected in medical registries in the form of oncology data visualization.

Abstract (in Czech)

Příspěvek popisuje způsoby elektronické podpory výuky klinických a biomedicínckých oborů na Lékařské fakultě Masarykovy univerzity v Brně. V úvodní části jsou uvedena specifika výuky těchto oborů a z nich vyplývající požadavky na nasazení informačních a komunikačních technologií ve výuce. Dále jsou popsány specializované nástroje a způsob jejich propojení a kombinace při výuce. Jedná se zejména o webový portál Lékařské fakulty MU, který slouží jako publikační platforma pro elektronická pedagogická díla, a jeho spolupráce s LMS integrovaným v informačním systému MU. Jako příklad on-line dostupných edukačních výstupů z dat zdravotnických registrů a databází je uvedena vizualizace onkologických dat.
