Příspěvek se zaměřuje na zkušenosti s kvantitativním výzkumem v oblasti činností třídního učitele. Cílem je charakterizovat, jak je posuzován vedením školy význam třídního učitele jako výchovného činitele. Prostřednictvím analýzy výsledků dotazníkového šetření jsme se snažili získat odpovědi na některé otázky související s funkcí třídního učitele.

This paper is focused at experiences with a quantitative analysis applied at the field of a form teachers activity. The goal is to describe some of the actual events that occur and influence the position of a form teacher in the school system as wells as displaying the form teachers personality from a vice-headpersons point of view. Having analysed the questionnare we tried to answer the questions concerning the position of a form teacher.
