Abstract

Tento článek se zabývá otázkami podpory zakládání a rozvoje podnikatelských inkubátorů, vědecko-technických parků a klastrů ze strukturálních fondů. Nejprve je rozebrán význam těchto institucí a dále jsou stručně popsány programy, za kterých výše uvedené aktivity lze podporovat. Hlavní část příspěvku tvoří analýza podpor poskytnutých z programu Prosperita a Klastry. Sledujeme zde regionální rozdíly v objemu získané podpory a v počtu úspěšných projektů. Také se zabýváme tím, na co byla podpora využita.

Abstract (in English)

This article deals with support of establishment and development of business incubators, science and technology parks and clusters from the structural funds. First of all the importance of these institutions is discussed and then we describe programmes which are focused on support of these activities. The main part of article is analysis of subsidies which were provided from programmes Prosperity and Clusters. We are observing regional differences in volume of obtained support and in number of successful projects. We also consider the purpose of support.
