Abstract
Three types of HPLC reversed phase columns: SupelcosilTM LC-18, Synergi MAX RP C12, Synergi Fusion RP C18 were used for HPLC resolution of five protopine, nine protoberberine and eleven benzophenanthridine alkaloids often occuring in plants of family papaveraceae.The optimum separation for the benzophenanthridine alkaloids was obtained with Synergi MAX RP 80 A C 12 (4u).

Separace pěti protopinových, devíti protoberberinových a jedenácti benzofenanthridinových alkaloidů byla testována na třech HPLC kolononách s reverzní fází (SupelcosilTM LC-18, Synergi MAX RP C12, Synergi Fusion RP C18. Optimálního rozdělění bylo dosaženo s použitím kolony Synergi MAX RP 80 A C 12 (4u).
