Abstract
Three progeny groups were analysed by flow cytometry seed screen. Progeny of apomictic hexaploid Hieracium bauhini and sexual hexaploid Hieracium pilosella were uniform. In progeny of pentaploid facultative apomictic Hieracium bauhini four different groups of progeny were found: pentaploids of apomictic origin, pentaploids of sexual origin (hybrids), octoploids of sexual origin (addition hybrids) and one triplod originated via haploid parthenogenesis.
