Abstract
The method presented allows to quantify the protein modification degree (PMD) by means of determination of either level of modification or demodification. It is also shown, that there is no need for strictly controlled isotopic purity of H218O. Moreover, the importance of concentration correction (CC) is shown. The experiments were accompanied with statistical tests.

Prezentovaná metoda umožňuje stranovit rozsah modifikace proteinu; ať už přímo nebo jako míru demofikace. Rovněž bylo ukázáno, že požadavek na izotopovou čistotu H218O není striktní. Spolu s tím byl zdůrazněn význam koncentreční korekce. Experimenty byly doprovázeny statistickými testy.
