Cílem publikace je seznámit studenty s právními instrumenty vymahatelnosti práva. Pozornost je věnována zejména problematice exekučního práva, konkurzního práva, dražeb a dalších právních institutů. Rovněž je věnována pozornost možnostem předcházení konfliktních situací.

The aim of module is to introduce students with legal instruments of law enforcement. It will be focused mostly on problems of executory law, bankruptcy law, auctions and another legal institutes. It will be also focused on possibilities of conflict situations prevention.
