The level of stress is affected by the gender factor (man and woman teachers) and the school level (basic/secondary schools). Interactions between the teacher and the adolescent pupil in the pedagogical process may involve a considerable amount of stress. The research described in this article involved a group of teachers at the elementary and secondary schools, both men and women, who defined these situations and determined their level of difficulty. They are mainly characterized by a very self-confident or even self-important behaviour of the pupils trying to have their way, asserting themselves in a rude way and lacking consideration for the others.
