Abstract

The aim of this article is to present the situation of national minorities and foreigners in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on the discrimination, to present legal and institutional measures on different levels that aim at fighting against this phenomena as well as actions of NGOs. The paper concentrates on the actual situation and recent changes.

Tento článek si klade za cíl představit situaci cizinců a národnostních v České republice s důrazem především na možnou diskriminaci. Článek se zabývá také legislativní a institucionální rovinou boje proti diskriminaci v ČR a mapuje aktivity neziskových organizací na tomto poli. Článek se soustřeďuje především na aktuální situaci a nejnovější změny.
