Abstract
There are high natural concentrations of arsenic in shallow aquifers of Huhhot region in Inner Mongolia. They are linked to anareobic environment with high dissolved concentrations of iron and manganese. Sulfate reduction was also observed. Alternatives for water treatment were suggested.

V oblasti Huhhot, Inner Mongolia, v Číně byly zjištěny vysoké koncentrace arzenu. Arzen je vázán na redukční prostředí s vysokými koncentracemi železa a manganu. Byla také zjištěna redukce síranů. Byly navrženy alternativy pro úpravu vody.
