Abstract
The challenge dose of MDMA inhibited all aggressive acts in isolates; the effects however were more pronounced in those repeatedly pre-treated with the vehicle. On the contrary, aggressivity increased after the “challenge“dose of vehicle in animals repeatedly administered MDMA. The challenge dose of methamphetamine also decreased all aggressive acts, in animals pretreated with MDMA more than after vehicle pretreatment.
