| Gestalt terapie se uplatňuje v klinických podmínkách při terapii deprese. Určité specifické modifikace gestalt přístupu mohou pomoci depresivním pacientům vystoupit z ustrnulého „retroflektování“, dovolí jim překonat typické přerušení kontaktního cyklu a pokračovat plynule v navazování kontaktu a stahování se z něj. V článku je popsán teoretický pohled gestalt přístupu na depresi, diagnostiku a vyplývající terapeutická doporučení. |

| Gestalt therapy is used in clinical conditions for the therapy of depression. Certain specific modifications of gestalt approach can help depressive patients get out of rigid pattern of "retroflecting", overcome the typical interruption of contact cycle and continue fluently in contacting and withdrawing. Gestalt theoretical perspective on depression and diagnostics as well as some therapeutic suggestions are described in the article. |
