Abstract

Příspěvek je založen na hodnocení výzkumu, který byl proveden pomocí dotazníku v rámci předmětu Základy managementu určeného pro bakalářské kombinované studium oborů Veřejné správy a Právní vztahy k nemovitostem na Právnické fakultě MU v Brně. Výzkum byl zaměřen na strategii a strategický management v zaměstnavatelské organizaci, okrajově také na základní znalosti trvale udržitelného rozvoje. Předkládaný příspěvek vychází tedy z odpovědí dotazníku a zjišťuje tak existenci strategie a strategického managementu v organizacích, a zároveň i jejich úroveň. Důraz je kladen na organizace veřejného sektoru.

Abstract (in English)

The article is based on evaluation of a research, which has been carried out using a questionnaire contained in the course Basics of management. This course is designed for students in bachelor combined degree in fields of Public administration and Legal relations to real estates at the Masaryk University in Brno, College of Law. The research was aimed at the strategy and strategic management in an occupational organization and marginally at the basic knowledge of sustainable development. The presented article comes out from the filled-out questionnaire and determines thus existence of a strategy and strategic management in organizations and at the same time of their level. Focus is laid on organizations within the public sector.
