Abstract |
---|
The contributoin deals with diagnostic methods for vocational selection based on pupils aptitude and his interests. The assumed result of the diagnostic method is a draft of new types of preparation for career which would not lead to stress, burden harming mental health of the diagnosticated individual. IQ tests in a combination with a special computer testing programme are used for diagnostics. Results are evaluated together and they are finished by a discussion with the pupil accompanied by her/his parents.Special tests of the whole class from the point of view of becoming a member of the class and pupils behaviour in the team come before the tests mentioned above. The whole draft is discussed with a class teacher before a debate with parents. |
